Option 1: Capture Signature and GPS Location
An easy way to roll out a Proof of Delivery App is to start capturing a signature and GPS Location. Our system will present the driver with a order number, customer name and address, and allow them to capture the signature. A delivery confirmation can be emailed to the customer listing the invoice number, items delivered, and the signature.
Option 2: List of items verified by the driver
This option presents the delivery person with an order number, customer name and address, and a list of order items to be delivered. Drivers can be required to verify each item by scanning the items as they are moved off the truck. Once the driver has verified the items are all delivered, they capture a signature, and could print a delivery confirmation using a mobile bluetooth printer.
Option 3: Deliver by the pallet or container
This option is perfect for long haul drivers, companies who bulk deliver, or companies who deliver product using a shipping container. The container can be anything with a license plate that can be scanned. Drivers scan each container as they are taken off the truck. After the containers are unloaded, they capture a signature, a delivery confirmation could be printed or emailed, and the driver moves on to the next stop.
Option 4: Deliver by the container while requiring driver to scan verify each item in the container
This option is perfect for companies that pick and package product in containers but require a driver to verify each item in the container upon delivery. Drivers could offload the containers at the delivery location using a small dolly. Then quickly scan the product inside the containers to verify the container’s contents are as the company and customer expects. The driver collects a signature and moves on to the next stop.
Option 5: Deliver By the Pallet and Track Shipping Containers
This option allows the driver to scan pallets as they are offloaded off the truck and allows companies to track returnable shipping containers and materials. Drivers use our Proof of Delivery App to record the number of containers left and picked up at each stop. Our solution tracks any type of container. Containers can be tracked by Item Number or Serial Number and become part of our Asset tracking system.

Every action the driver performs using the Proof of Delivery App is feed to our Bridger Server(Backend Software and Data Warehouse).
