FwdMbl understands integrations need to be updated often and we make sure all integrations are working as expected as part of your support agreement. Our integration team monitors API release schedules and integration end points making sure your integrations are always up and running.

Use Our Standard Integrations
FwdMbl has real time integrations to all kinds of common back-end systems. Using our ready to go integrations allows customers to get the system up and going in a couple days. We also understand you may have some custom modifications to the system we connect to. Our standard integrations are flexible and can be configured to handle those modifications.
Use Our API
FwdMbl’s API allows companies to send and receive data with our app solutions. Our restful API covers all parts of the system and is easy to use. Customers can use our API to get proof of delivery on a customer portal and to pull pre-books and product requests into purchasing systems. Access to our API is included with every system.
File Drops
FwdMbl accepts XML, CSV, JSON, Excel and Tab Delimited files all master and transaction data. Companies can upload and download data using our admin tools manually or with a file drop service running on your servers. Access to File Drop integration is included with every system.
Integration Support
FwdMbl Solutions support all integrations as part of our Support Agreement. We understand that SaaS software companies update APIs and offerings throughout the year. We make sure the integrations continue to function as expected as updates are delivered.
