ForwardSales is a simple, easy to use, and robust Direct Store Delivery(DSD) App Solution that fully integrates with NetSuite. Our specialized Bridge Server reads customer, item, pricing, inventory, and any other information required by your sales team using the NetSuite API. The Bridge Server sends order, invoice, and payment information back to NetSuite using the API.

A Typical Day For Your DSD Route Driver

The driver arrives at the your warehouse around 4 am in the morning. The driver starts to check the truck and review his load. The drivers does a Master Data Sync with our DSD Sales App. This Master Data Sync connects to NetSuite and refreshes customer, item, pricing, and any other information the driver is allowed to have.

The driver leaves the warehouse and starts the route.

Throughout the day, the driver delivers to and meets with customer. At some customers he prints invoices, at some customers he emails invoices, and others require DEX transactions. He swipes a few credit cards to collect payments. The whole time, the DSD Sales App is feeding information to the cloud and management can watch from afar.

The driver heads back to the warehouse.

Once he is back, the driver does a Transaction Sync to closeout his route for the day. A few emails are generated allowing him to replenish his truck, review scrap, and get settlement paperwork. Orders and Invoices are sent to NetSuite and a few minutes later the driver is out the door.
