NETSuite proof of Delivery Integration

ForwardPOD, is a simple, easy to use, and robust Proof of Delivery(POD) app solution that fully integrates with NetSuite. Our Bridge Server, a specialized integration service, can read Route and Stop information from NetSuite Sales Orders and Invoices or from Route Optimization Software. Drivers and delivery staff move from stop to stop capturing proof of delivery information. Completed proof of delivery information can be sent to NetSuite, sent to customers by text or email, and made accessible in a Web Portal for customers self-service access.

Returnable Container Tracking, Pallet Tracking, and Asset Tracking are features designed to allow drivers to easily track items as they flow on and off the truck. Our solution tracks containers, pallets, and assets in a transnational inventory system giving you counts, lifetime, and other key information.

A Typical Day for your Delivery Driver

Your driver arrives at the your warehouse around 4 am in the morning. The driver starts to check the assigned truck and review the load. The driver starts the ForwardPOD App, selects the route, and starts a Master Data Sync. The Master Data Sync connects to NetSuite and downloads all the route and stop information needed to run the route.

The driver leaves the warehouse and starts the route.

Throughout the day, the driver moves from stop to stop delivering product, capturing signatures, and emailing paperwork to customers. The whole time, the ForwardPOD App is feeding proof of delivery information, GPS location, and route status back to NetSuite and other systems.

The driver has completed the route and heads back to the warehouse.

Once back at the warehouse, the driver does a Transaction Sync to closeout the route for the day and a few minutes later the driver is out the door.
